"I never saw the need to get a personal trainer, as all the information is online. I tried to do things myself, but due to the huge volume of information out there, it gets very confusing very quickly. That's been the great thing working with Tom, he has given me an individual plan designed for me that has achievable goals. So instead of spending my evenings searching through Google to find out what exercises I should be doing and how I should be doing them, I now relax in the evenings after working out, safe in the knowledge that I am working my body in exactly the right way.
