I've not always been fit, let alone the level of a Personal Trainer. Ten years ago, I was 20kg heavier, mostly due to a poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle.
I then decided, enough was enough. I started exercising..... and just kept going. This quickly turned into a passion and I pushed myself harder each time to see what I was capable of. I tried Aerobics to Zumba, with everything in the middle, until I discovered a love for spinning, cycling and HIIT. It was then I really started to thrive. What if I took it one step further? Why not teach others what I love and become a Personal Trainer? So I did. Exercise should be enjoyable, whilst also achieving your respective goals. Trust me, I know how difficult it can be, but having been there, done it and bought smaller t-shirts, I also know how to achieve it. |
