So how do we get started?
Contact me through the website and give me as much information as possible including your stats, objectives and personal interests. We can then arrange a follow-up call to build a plan best suited to your needs and requirements. A plan, based on your Perfect FITT, is then created.
It may be that you're coming back from injury, which is why a tailored approach to training is even more essential than be before so you can come back fitter and stronger than ever.
You also have the option to add bespoke videos, produced by me, to accompany your plan or online 1-2-1 PT sessions to really motivate you and ensure you're put through your paces!

The progressive plan
Each week we’ll then review the progress, set new SMART objectives and adapt the plan to fit in with your current progress. We can also build in nutritional advice to dovetail with your plan.
After eight weeks, we’ll then look at that progression and celebrate the successes of your efforts.
This isn’t an ‘off the shelf’ plan and, because of that, it will evolve as we progress towards the end of the eight weeks. Rest-assured though, whether you want to bulk up, add lean muscle or get ‘shredded’, we’ll make it happen!
